California Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2025
This notice applies to California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Information We Collect
SilencerScout collects only non-personal, aggregated usage information — such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic region. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information through ordinary use of the site. See our Privacy Policy for a full description.
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
SilencerScout does not sell, share for cross-context behavioral advertising, or otherwise disclose personal information about California residents to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Your Rights Under the CCPA
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information (if any) we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (not applicable here — we do not sell data).
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Because we collect only anonymous, aggregated data, we are generally unable to identify or retrieve information tied to a specific individual. If you believe we may hold personal information about you, please contact us and we will respond within 45 days.
