SRS99 Anti-Matériel Rifle
The SRS99 Anti-Matériel Rifle is a semi-automatic, magazine-fed precision rifle chambered in 14.5×114mm APFSDS. Designed to defeat lightly armored vehicles and shielded personnel at distances exceeding 1,500 meters, the SRS99 is the longest-reaching standard-issue weapon in the UNSC inventory. Its Titanium-A alloy chassis keeps weight manageable despite the cartridge's size, and the integrated 10× smart-link scope supports both optical and digital zoom modes. Suppressor pairings for the SRS99 are uncommon in field conditions due to the extreme muzzle energy involved, but specialized baffle stacks have been developed for reconnaissance units where first-round signature management outweighs the weight penalty.
