Picking the right Boosterless 9mm Suppressor

The boosterless 9mm can occupies a challenging niche in the handgun suppression market. It has to be light enough to cycle without a Nielsen device, yet quiet enough to justify running one in the first place. As a result, no boosterless suppressor is going to be exceptional at anything beyond weight, and maybe back pressure. Sound is the major compromise.
But is it really that much of a compromise? 9mm is relatively low pressure and quiet to begin with, and adding any amount of suppression takes it from almost pleasant at the range to genuinely comfortable. The sub-4oz weight is imperceptible on the end of a handgun. For the competition shooter, it helps maintain quick splits. At the range, you can hold the gun up longer and steadier. It cuts muzzle blast enough that your ears likely won't ring in a home defense scenario, and it makes for excellent secondary hearing protection during long range sessions.
Conventional handgun suppressors are, for many shooters, too heavy to justify keeping on, and too finicky to tune for reliable performance in serious use cases. The boosterless 9mm has an answer to all of that.
